This delightful boutique hotel is exceptional in all fields. The central location of the hotel proved to be extremely convenient for exploring the city’s attractions. The staff were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond expectations to ensure guests were comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated, and the air conditioning perfect. The restaurant provides a light and airy ambiance whilst serving delicious food. The underground parking was an advantage, ensuring a safe and secure space for vehicles.

The hotel gym was undergoing development at the time of our stay and was not accessible to guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel during our city trip. the rooms were beautifully decorated and we appreciated the quality linens and amenities provided. the staff was top-notch and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable. We loved the wide range of breakfast options and the dinner menu had excellent choices. the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the wine selection was superb.

The bathroom could use a bit more space as it felt cramped with two people using it. the minibar was not available and some drinks had to be requested from the staff, which we found inconvenient.

One particular incident stood out to me - I overslept on my last day and missed breakfast. However, the reception staff noticed and gave me a wake-up call to check if I would still like to have breakfast. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness in ensuring I didn't miss out on a meal. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kimberley.

On our departure, they even offered us water for our journey. I must also mention the honest and efficient cleaning staff who found and returned my lost mobile. our stay at this boutique hotel was truly enjoyable.
